I’m a passionate UX/UI designer and UX writer dedicated to crafting intuitive, accessible digital experiences where every word and interaction puts users first. With over seven years of experience—including roles as a machine learning data analyst and experience designer at Amazon (Alexa & Amazon Echo), UX operations Support Specialist at Citibank, and a freelance product designer & UX writer/content designer — I bring a unique, data-driven approach to both design and content. My background in machine learning strengthens my ability to identify patterns in user behavior, anticipate needs, and translate those insights into practical, empathetic design solutions. It allows me to bridge the gap between data and design, making complex systems more approachable and usable for real people.
As a UX writer and designer, I specialize in creating clear, human-centered experiences through both words and interaction. I craft empathetic microcopy, system messages, and user flows that simplify complex concepts, build trust, and guide users through key touchpoints—from onboarding and navigation to high-stress moments like payments, forms, and error states. I've developed voice and tone frameworks, reusable content patterns, and cohesive design solutions that support accessibility (WCAG 2.2), compliance, and usability.
