Who am I ?

I'm a Senior UX Designer with 9 years of experience designing AI-first enterprise products, conversational interfaces, and end-to-end user journeys across SaaS and ERP platforms.

My career spans three distinct chapters. At Amazon, I spent nearly four years designing conversational flows and agentic interaction patterns for Alexa — including proactive AI features that anticipated user needs and an internal fraud prevention tool with AI decision-support built in. At Citibank, I led UX across complex, regulated financial systems in the US, EU, and UK, managing a team of designers and standardising design patterns across three markets. Most recently, I took full ownership of an AI-first corporate travel booking platform at JetSetGo — designing 38 screens across web and mobile, building a 28-component Figma design system, and shipping a product that achieved a 15% lift in user engagement post-launch.

I specialise in translating complex, multi-stakeholder systems into experiences that feel simple and trustworthy. That means designing for agentic AI workflows, navigating compliance-driven constraints, and building design systems that scale across distributed teams.

I'm based in Dublin, Ireland, and I hold an MSc in Emerging Media from Dublin City University and a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute.
